We respect your privacy. We only collect what's necessary to run the shop.

What we collect: When you place an order or get in touch we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. If you sign up for emails, we collect your email address only. Nothing else.

How we use it: To process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and updates, and respond to any questions. We don't sell your data or use it for anything unrelated to Loose Tuesday.

Who we share it with: Only the services that help us run the shop — Squarespace, our print and fulfilment partner Inkthreadable, and Royal Mail. Each receives only what they need to do their part.

How long we keep it: Only as long as necessary to fulfil orders and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights: Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for anything incorrect to be corrected, or ask for your data to be deleted. To make a request, get in touch via the contact page.

Cookies: Cookies are small files that help the site work properly. We use essential cookies to run the site and checkout, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is being used. You can manage these via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
